Return Policy

We stand behind all of our products with a 15-day, money-back, satisfaction guarantee.

If for any reason, during the first 15 days after receipt, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, will be pleased to refund your purchase price, less any shipping and handling charges, upon receipt of your authorized return. Your invoice number is your Return Authorization Number.

XO Accessories must be shipped back within 15 days of delivery. Items must be returned in same condition they were sent.

Please include a copy of your invoice. Your RMA number is your invoice number and should be included on your package and all correspondence. Items returned without original packaging will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. We can not be responsible for XO Accessories lost or damaged in transit to us, or for items/packages received without required information.
